Vikram R Jangam is a hands-on Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with expertise in business development, operations, real estate and Information Technology industry.

Through strategic foresight, drive, and determination, he built a strong foundation for Sriven Systems Inc. Brimming with  22 years of distinguished  leadership in business intelligence, he demonstrated success in business development and aligned strategic business partnerships with the clients and technology providers to provide end-to-end solutions. Vikram’s innate ability to build high-performance teams including his strategically-selected executive management staff, has served as a growth catalyst and infused productive energy into the workplace.

He oversees the organization’s processes, evaluates key business and performance goals to ensure effective execution of policies and procedures. Coming from Engineering background, he has exhibited supreme acumen in business process re- engineering to bring in seismic changes in the development and implementation of a sustainable process driven consulting and business solutions.

Vikram actively involved in cultural  and International relations. He reinforced International organizations and associations to bring cohesiveness satisfying community needs.

A multifaceted visionary leader whose passion to give back to the community is unparalleled , Vikram is the founder of charitable organization, We Care, focusing on empowering children and the local community.

Kanchan is a trusted and accomplished Human Resources professional with over 13 years of experience in strategic planning, immigration/visa related compliance processes as well as change, talent and stakeholder management.

Motivated individual with excellent communication and project management skills adept at managing teams to accomplish a desired common goal. Consistently acting as a thought leader and an agent of change to imbue the organization with a great work culture while earning and maintaining the respect of leaders, peers and direct reports.

Sailaja Gali

Director- Global Sales & Operations
Sailaja has strong sense of business acumen, solution expertise in Business Operations & Sales, sprawling 15 year of enriched US IT Consulting experience. She has enormous ability to mentor, nurture and retain talent, core strength in operational efficiencies and profound sales attitude creating exceptional value for consultants , clients and vendors. She has mastered the art of fostering the accounts wherein TEKsystems account stand on top . She has demonstrated success in business development, strategizing business policies and procedures , building high performance and process oriented teams and worked towards meeting the goals of the company at large. From a MBA Lecturer to a HR Manager and finally into the IT Consulting world , she is an enchanter personifying great work ethics and role model who believe in ” Leaders lead by example”. She holds MBA- HR from Osmania University , India and Strategic Management degree from CQU , Australia .

Pushpita Iyer

Director-Strategic Accounts/Client Delivery

Pushpita has over 15yrs of international experience in strategic account management and cclient delivery in the staffing services industry. Post her MBA with HR and Marketing, she started her career with Randstad India and managed strategic accouts like 3M, GE, Tata Group of Companies etc.

At Sriven Systems Inc, she has helped build and grow our North American business for the last 12 years and has held key leadership positions in client stratergy, account management and service delivery functions. Pushpita has an in-depth experience in the recruitment lifecycle, she has always shown a keen interest and understanding of hogh-quallity, value-oriented approach to recruiting and staffing. Her ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization has helped develop strong long-lasting client and employee relationships. Her key clieent relationships include TekSystems, Bank of America, nationwide Insurance, Qlik Technologies, PwC etc. Pushhpita has always been very ambitious to see results and ensure customer and employee satisfactiion. She strategically analyzes unique customer environments and suggests appropriate solutions and resoources to maximize revenue.

Pushpita believes in the adage ‘Be Curious, Be Ethical, Be Authentic., rest in life will automatically fall in place’, she has consistently practiced the same in all her professional endeavors.

She holds a PHR certification from HRCI and is based in Silicon Valley, California. In her spare time, she loves to indulge in creative and artistic pursuits.
